If the repairs are under warranty, we will repair or replace the equipment free of charge and send it back to you in a timely manner. If the equipment is under warranty, we will inspect the equipment and determine the nature of the issue. It should also be noted that this warranty only applies to FireBoard equipment purchased directly from us or one of our authorized dealers. Due to the extreme conditions most of the temperature probes perform in, it naturally becomes difficult to extend a longer warranty.
